Every message is read. Questions, problems, and leaderboard requests all go to the same address.
Reporting a problem
Three things make a report actionable. Include:
- your device — for example, iPhone 15,
- your iOS version — Settings → General → About,
- and what happened, as plainly as you can tell it — what you did, what you expected, what you saw instead.

- How do I change my leaderboard name?
- Open Settings in the game. Under the leaderboard section you will see “You appear as {name}” — choose Change name.
- How do I remove myself from the leaderboard?
- Open Settings and choose Leave the board. Nothing further is sent from that moment. If you also want your existing entries deleted, follow the data deletion page — one email to hello@monouchi.com does it.
- The game is hard. Is that intended?
- Yes. The field is meant to close over you in the end. If it is closing too soon, open Settings and choose Easy — “a thinner line, you have room to learn the blade” — and change back whenever you like, even mid-run.
- How do I report an offensive name on the leaderboard?
- Every row that is not yours carries a small ⚑ flag control beside it. Tap it. Names that draw reports are hidden from the board. You can also email us if a name needs faster attention.
